Unique Estates presents to your attention an exceptional house which is located in one of the most important historical places in Bulgaria. The building is situated in the centre of Koprivshtitsa on a small triangular square in a close proximity to historical –cultural monuments, ones among them are the famous Dogans` houses. This house is projected by architect Stefan Beyazov. The architect was entrusted with the project due to his previous experience and numerous realized buildings in similar environments of rich in architectural and historical heritage. The project was elaborated in 1994. The building was completed in 1998. All the contemporary requirements concerning the comfort of living are met. The design assignment was formulated through an active collaboration between the owner of the plot and the author of the project. That is considered to be the normal professional approach but in the particular case it was also required by the peculiarities of the built environment where the building had to be integrated. The project won the first prize award on international contest `Contemporary architectural interventions in rural environment` in 2000.

The atmosphere from the Bulgarian renaissance has been restored with traditional elements: fireplace, window seat, veranda, wooden ceilings. Heating and hot water is provided by a central boiler.
